  • Representation of communications carriers before state regulatory commissions nationwide to safeguard the rights of competitive service providers
  • Representation of competitive carriers and public interest associations in appeals of federal and state regulatory orders
  • Advises clients in key policy proceedings on competitive, broadband, and VoIP matters before state and federal regulatory commissions
  • Negotiated interconnection agreements for competitive carriers with incumbent carriers and advised start-up companies on strategic and regulatory matters
  • Counseled carriers on competitive policy and regulatory issues in international matters with emerging telecommunications competition
